Set Up Satisfaction Review Emails

Satisfaction review emails ask your clients to rate their visit to your business. To configure this feature, you must first go to the Configurations section, then to the Marketing module.

Click on Clients > Configurations > Configurations.


Next, click on Marketing and click on Enable customer reviews on sales


Activate the system using the checkbox on the left, and choose a time interval between emails. This will prevent a client from receiving the same email multiple times in a short period. Then, enter the link that will be sent to your clients to leave their review (Google).

Lastly, make sure you have an email template set up under Communications > Configurations > Email templates.

Once in the tab, look for a template of the type Marketing - Review Emails. This email will be the one sent for the reviews. Make sure the {link} variable is properly inserted into the template; otherwise, the link will not be sent.
