Find a Client's File

To find a client’s record, you have two options:

1. From the Point of Sale

2. From the Clients Tab

 

1. From the Point of Sale

From the Point of Sale, type the phone number, client’s name, or the system-assigned client code into the Client field and press Enter. If the client exists, they will be suggested in a drop-down menu. You can also use the magnifying glass icon to complete your search.

If the client does not exist, you will be prompted to create a new one.

You can also click on the + button in the Client field to create a new client.

Note: If a client is already selected and you wish to make changes to their record, such as updating their phone number, simply click on Client, shown in blue above the text box.

 
2. From the Clients Tab

From the main menu on the left side of the application, click Clients > Clients.

Use the search tool located in the top right corner of your screen and enter the client’s name, phone number, address, or any other information you have about them. If the search returns no results, click on +Add in the middle of the page to create a new client.
