To make a sale, you must first create a client. To avoid duplicates, it is essential to first check whether the client already exists.
Check if the Client Exists
From the Point of Sale, type the client’s phone number or name in the Client field and press Enter. If the client exists, they will appear in a dropdown menu. You can also use the magnifying glass to refine your search.
If they do not exist, you will be prompted to create a new client.
You can also click the + button in the Client field.
Edit an Existing Client
Note that if you have already selected a client and wish to make changes to their record—for example, to change their phone number—simply click Client, which is highlighted in blue above the text box.
