Create Payment Pledges

The payment promise system makes it easy to track your clients' payment commitments. You can access it in two ways: via the Clients > Payment Pledges menu or directly in the Current report on a client's file. This module centralizes all invoices for which a client has made a payment promise and allows you to enter and view this information quickly and easily.

In the principal menu on the left, click on Clients > Payment pledges > +Add.

Then, enter the following information:

  • Client

  • Amount

  • Currency

  • Check

  • Contact

  • Sent date

  • Follow-up date

  • Notes

In the option This pledge was made for the following invoices, check the invoices that correspond to the amount pledged by the client. Then click on Save.

In the Point of Sale, you can view the client record to add or verify a Payment Pledge by clicking the blue pencil icon next to the Client name.

In the Info tab, scroll down until you find the Current button in the bottom of the file. Click on it.

The page will display the details of the client’s unpaid invoices and, at the bottom of the page, you will find the Payment Pledge menu. You can check existing promises or create a new one by clicking the red +New button.

Thanks to this feature, you can now schedule your follow-ups based on the indicated dates and quickly check which promises have not yet been fulfilled. When a promised invoice is paid elsewhere in the system, the corresponding payment promise is automatically archived and remains visible in the client’s history, ensuring complete traceability.
