Create/Edit a New Client from the Point of Sale

To make a sale, you must create a client first. To avoid duplicates, it is essential to check whether the client already exists or not.

Verify if the Client Exists

From the Point of Sale, type the client's phone number or name in the Client field and press Enter.

If the client exists, they will be suggested in a drop-down menu. You can also use the magnifying glass to complete your search.

If it does not exist, you will be prompted to create a new client.

You can also click the + button in the Client field.

Please note that when you have already selected a client and wish to make changes to their file, such as changing their phone number, simply click on Client, indicated in blue above the text box.
