Add Products to the Estimate

It is possible to add products to your estimate but, first it is necessary to have at least one job in your estimate.

To add a product: left click once on the job you wish to add a product to. (The entire line of the job will turn green once it's selected).

Press F5 or click on the + add option on the left side of your screen.

The code field will be left empty so you will have the option to type in suggestions

If the product you are looking for is in the suggestions, click on it. If not, a new line will allow you to create a product according to the code you entered. You will need to fill in five different fields: the category, the line code, the description, the cost and the margin.

Press the ENTER key or the green + on the line and the product will now be in your estimate.

Note: the product is in red since it isn’t in stock, so you will need to enter the purchase or adjust the quantities if needed.
