Edit the Short Description of a Product

It is possible to change the short description of a product so that it appears on the invoice and in the Point of Sale.

Click on Inventory > Products and Services and select the product.

Go to the Notes tab. Check the box ''Include this note when adding this item to a sale''.

Click on Save.

When opening the Point of Sale (on the left menu or pushing the F1 key), select a client and add the product. In this case, all A/C Refrigerant will appear with an asterisk in the Point of Sale.

It will show that this product has notes. It's possible to access the note by clicking on the gear icon between the name and quantity of the product.

To edit the note, open the gear icon. 

The notes will also be displayed on the invoice.
