Location should reflect the city and/or province where the estimate took place, however there are times when the location reflects the estimate facility’s head office. If this happens, our customer support team can investigate with our data source.
Some owners will visit multiple estimate facilities to evaluate their damage before sending the final number to their insurance company; or the appraiser might have found additional damage and complete another estimate.
