We'll guide you through the process of emailing documents such as quotes, work orders and invoices directly from the Point of Sale.
Follow these simple steps to optimize your administrative management and provide fast, efficient service to your customers.
Open the Point of Sale, enter the client, add the products and/or services.
After clicking on F11 + Work order, F3 + Estimate and F4 Payment, you'll create a PDF for each document. These will be easily accessible from the Point of Sale Documents tab.
Each document generated and will open a new window asking you if you want to e-mail the document to the customer.
You can send it now, or later, by clicking on Cancel.
When you will open the Documents tab, you'll find PDFs. You have the following options:
- Download
- Request signature
- Send by e-mail
- Send by SMS
- Delete (This option is not available for the invoice).
