Verify the Hours Worked in a Work Order on Different Days

In your GEM-CAR you can see all the hours planned and spent on each work order, even if they were executed on different days. 

First, open your Point of Sale and click on the blue magnifying glass next to Estimate # in the top right corner of the screen. 

On the next page, click on Step and select Work Order. 

The list will refresh and show only the work orders you want to consult.

Then you can select the Work Order you want and it will open in Point of Sale. 

Back at the Point of Sale, click on the Profitability button at the bottom of the page, under Parts and Service(s).  

The next page will open and show how many hours were planned for each job and how many were spent, even if they were executed on different days. In the bottom right corner, you will see red information such as Real time / Estimated time.
