Recalculate Inventory Quantities (e.g. Merge Duplicate Lines) - Cleanup Tool

When importing data, you can use the Cleanup Tool options to make your work easier, optimize data and avoid errors.

To access the Cleanup Tool, click on the left menu under Tools > Cleanup Tool. 

Selecting the Recalculate Inventory Quantities (e.g. Merge Duplicate Lines) corrects inconsistencies and eliminates duplicates in inventory, ensuring accurate product counts.

This option improves inventory accuracy, reflecting the actual quantity of items available and avoiding problems of overstocking or product shortages. It also optimizes stock control, making the process faster and more efficient.

By simplifying management, it eliminates the confusion caused by duplicate entries, and makes it easier to visualize stock status. With better-organized data, reports become more reliable, facilitating decision-making.
