Although your company data is secure on GEM-WORK's secure servers, you may wish to download an additional copy that you can keep locally. Here's how to generate the backup copy you want and have it automatically sent to you by email.
Select the left menu Configurations > Backup.
The following window will display the following message: “This action may take some time. Are you sure you want to proceed with the backup?” Click Yes or No.
A compressed file in ZIP format, containing several files in Excel format, will be sent to you.
Note: Only the Super Admin can obtain a complete copy.
After receiving the email, you can download the zip file.
To open, click on the folder to access the files in Excel.
