Save my Favorite Filters in the Estimates List

The Favorite Filters function in the estimate list allows you to save the filters and settings you use frequently. This makes it easy to find your searches without having to reconfigure everything each time. It saves a considerable amount of time, especially if you often work with the same types of estimates. This option ensures faster, more efficient, and personalized navigation in the estimate module.

Open the Point of Sale, click on the magnifying glass next to the #Estimate in the upper right corner of the screen.

On the Search page, for example, select a human resource and a product. To save these two search criteria, click on the favorite filter button, a floppy disk, under Tags, in the right corner of the screen.

A new page will open asking you to name this new filter, with the following message: “Please name your favorite.” Then click Send.

You can use the filters by clicking on the Use favorite filters button, the button with a star next to the favorite filter button.

A list of your favorite filters will be displayed. Then select the filter.

In the Search list, you will see the items that are part of the favorite filter.
