Create Favorite Transactions to Reuse Them Later

Saving favorite transactions allows you to easily reuse them later without re-entering all the details.

This feature helps you save time and maintain consistency in your operations.

It’s a simple way to make your workflow faster and more efficient.

Click on Accounting > Transactions and select the transaction you want to mark as favorite.

On the Info tab, click on the button Add or remove from favorites, with the heart icon next to the trash can at the bottom of the page.

Then click Save.

When you return to the Transactions list, scroll to the bottom and click the Show only favorites button, the heart icon.

The list will only show favorite transactions.

Duplicate Your Favorite Transaction

Click on Accounting > Transactions and click on the button Show only favorite, with the heart icon, and select the transaction you want to duplicate.

Open the favorite transaction and click on the button Duplicate, with the icon of two overlapping sheets next to the Print button.

Click Yes on the confirmation box with the following message: "Are you sure you want to duplicate this transaction? The current window will be closed."
