1. Notification Center
In your GEM-TMS, you can create alerts in the system, intended for specific individuals or everyone.
To view or create new alerts, click on Communications > Notification Center > + Add.
In the Info tab, you will need to fill in the following information to create an alert:
- Level;
- Start date;
- Expiration;
- Message.
Check or uncheck the following options as needed:
- Display in the point of sale;
- Set as global alert.
Then click on Save and Close.
Without closing this window, click the Roles tab to choose who will be able to see the alert.
Then click on Save and Close.
2. Email Templates
When you install the GEM-TMS software, default email templates are automatically added to your system. If you want to modify these or add new ones, you can access the list of templates.
Click on the menu Communications > Configurations > Email Templates. You will see the complete list of email templates in your system. You can modify an existing template by clicking on the line, or add a new one by clicking on +Add.
In the Email templates, enter the following information:
- Name;
- Email type;
- Subject;
- Content.
Check or uncheck Use by default.
Then click on Save.
3. SMS Templates
Click on the menu Communications > Configurations > SMS Templates. You will see a list of SMS templates in your system. If you don't have any template, you can add a new one by clicking on +Add.
On the new page, include the following information:
- Email type;
- Name;
- Message.
Then mark or not the box Use by default, depending on your needs.
Click on Save.
4. Reminder Templates
You can access the list of reminder templates by clicking on Communications > Configurations > Reminder Templates. You can change them by clicking on the desired reminder.
5. Memo Templates
Click on the menu Communications > Configurations > Memo Templates. You will see the complete list of memo templates in your system. You can modify an existing template by clicking on the line, or add a new one by clicking on +Add.
On the new page, include or change the following information:
- Memo;
- Limit to these modules.
Then click on Save and Close.
6. SMTP
To configure your system's SMTP, click Communications > Configurations > Configurations.
On the next page, you can check the existing SMTPs and add a new one by clicking +New.
After clicking on +New, enter the following information:
- Use to send;
- Email;
- SMTP Server;
- SMTP port;
- Encryption;
- SMTP username;
- SMTP password.
Then click on Save and Close.
