You need to enter GEM-BOOKS IMAP connection information in the file of the human resource for which you wish to synchronize exchanges.
Click on Human Resources > Human Resources and select the desired file.
Then click on the Email tab. Enter the necessary information in the following fields:
- IMAP Server
- IMAP port
- Encryption
- IMAP username
- IMAP password
Then click on Save.
Next, e-mails that have passed through our servers will be displayed in your client files. To view the history, go to Clients > Clients. Select the client whose history you wish to check.
In this tab, you can see the Follow-ups associated with this client, E-mails exchanged with this client and the Categories of items purchased by this client.
