Whether you're starting your subscription at the end of your trial period or updating the credit card on your account, make sure you log in using the super administrator account.
Click on the avatar menu in the top-right corner > Managing your account.
To do this, ensure you are logged in with the user who is the account administrator (the one highlighted in green).
Note: The role of account administrator (in green) can be delegated to another user by clicking the button to the left of the trash can. However, only the current account administrator can perform this action.
In the Invoicing tab, locate the button "Add a card to avoid a break in service ". Please note that debit-type credit cards are not accepted.
The Invoicing tab also displays the history of issued invoices.
If you're using a corporate credit card, make sure to enter the company name, not the name of the cardholder.
If you have a corporate credit card, use the company name, not the cardholder's name.
Check the box “Save payment details for future use and auto renewal” so that your credit card information remains on file for future use or for automatic renewal of subscriptions. Click Save.
