Generate the Employee Payroll Report

The method for generating a Payroll Report (hours worked per employee per period and corresponding salary) depends on whether the employees have already been paid for the specified pay period.

So make sure the employees have been paid for this option to work:

From the main menu on the left, click on Payrolls > Reports > Payroll Report.

Select the employees you want to include in the report. If you don’t select any, all the employees included in the most recent payroll will be considered. Enter the dates of the payroll period in question.

Check the option Report number of hours, then click on Send.

Once the report is generated, you can print or save the document if desired.

To obtain a time report, billing the hours is not required.
