Create a Missing Client Information Report

This feature allows you to quickly identify incomplete or missing data in client files. This report makes it easier to track and update essential information. It helps improve the quality of the database and communication with client. As a result, the company becomes more efficient and reduces the risk of administrative errors.

Note: To view the report, you must have access to the GEM-CRM module.

Click on Marketing > Reports > Missing Client Information.

In the Missing Client Information Report window, you will have the following filter options:

- Type

  • Missing or invalid phone number;

  • Missing or invalid email.

- Sort by

  • Numeric sort;

  • Alphabetical sort.

Click Send.

The next window will display a list of clients with missing data.

To add the missing data, click on the client's name and their file will open. Add the necessary data and click Save.

In the Dashboard, you can check for Missing Client Information.
