Access the Platform Using Your Email Address

Previously, when creating an account on GEM-BOOKS, users received an automatic email containing a user code, as shown in the message above. This code was used with the password to access the platform. The email also included a link allowing users to create their own password and complete the account activation process.

Now, in order to simplify access and make the system more convenient to use, users will log in using ONLY their email address. This means that it will no longer be necessary to use a user code to access the platform. Users will simply need to enter their registered email address and password to access GEM-BOOKS more quickly and intuitively.

Clients who used their username to log in will now have to use their email address to log in to the system.

For example, to access your GEM-BOOKS, enter the following information:

• Email
• Password

Then click on Login.
