Assign Multiple Technicians to a Specific Bay or Function

Assigning multiple technicians to a specific bay or function helps optimize work organization within the workshop. By assigning multiple technicians to the same space or specific task, you ensure a better distribution of responsibilities.

To configure multiple technicians in the same bay, click on Calendar > Configurations > Bays and select one of the bays.

Next, in the Info tab, select the Technician(s) associated with this bay. You will also have the options none or all. To save your changes, click Save.

Once the changes have been made, the bays page will display the Technician(s) associated with this bay.
