Change the Hourly Rate

In GEM-WORK, it is possible to assign a value, the hourly rate, to each bay, depending on the type of service performed, for example. To include or modify this value, click on Calendar > Configurations  > Bays. The list shows all available bays. If necessary, you can create new bays by clicking on +Add. Select a bay to open the information window. 

In the next window, in the Info tab, enter the desired hourly rate in the Cost. Click on Save. 

To assign a price to the job, click on the Inventory > Products and Services > Sales tab. In the regular selling price, select your hourly rate, leaving the default quantity at 1.00. Click on Save and Close.

From the Point of Sale, it is important to be able to quickly change prices. Simply click once on the job and then click on the price field. In this case, we have created a new job but forgot to set a price. Remember that the cost of jobs is determined on an hourly basis.
