If a product line does not appear on an invoice or an estimate, this is usually because the display options have not been enabled. In the product settings, the Show on Invoice and/or Show on Estimate checkboxes may be unchecked. When these options are disabled, the line remains saved in the system but does not appear on the final document presented to the client. Simply check and select the appropriate options to make the line visible.
To reactive these options, if the product or service does not appear on the estimate or invoice, in the Point of Sale, after selecting the client and the products and services, click on the item that is not displayed. Then, click on the blue magnifying glass next to the product name.
In the Options tab, check the following boxes:
- Display on invoice
- Display on quote
If they are unchecked, check them as needed to make the line visible.
Then click Save and Close to apply the changes.
The product or service will normally appear in the documents once you have checked and saved the options to display it on the invoice and estimate.
