1. Deactivate a User
Deactivating a user in your GEM-WORK is very simple. Click on the avatar in the upper-right corner of the screen and select the Managing your account option.
Select the Users tab, and you can simply click the trash can icon next to the username or click the username to open a new window with more details.
In the next window, click the red trash can in the right corner of the page.
In the confirmation window, with the message: “Disable system access for this user?”, click Yes.
2. Grant Access or Reactivate a User’s Access
Once the human resources record has been created, you can send access to the platform to the employee in question. If you wish to reactivate access, click the key icon again under Human Resources > Human Resources and select the desired record.
Then, simply click the key icon to fill in the necessary information for sending.
In the new window, enter the required information, then click Save and send an email.
