It is possible to find the same item even if it has multiple part numbers. In the Point of Sale, by clicking the + Add button, you can also use the Code field to search directly for an item by entering an alternative number, for example: 122-0893. This allows the system to recognize the different part numbers as belonging to the same item and makes searching easier.
To add this information to the Reference code, select the item or product in the Point of Sale, then click the blue magnifying glass next to the product name.
In the Infos tab, enter the other part numbers in the Reference code, separated by commas. Click Save and Close.
