Customize Schedule Availability by Bay

This feature allows you to customize the schedule availability for each bay according to your workshop’s needs. You can define specific time slots to better manage appointments and workspace usage. This configuration helps optimize job scheduling and avoid schedule conflicts. To adjust bay availability in GEM-CAR, click the menu on the left, then click Calendar > Configurations > Bays. Next, select the bay for which you want to change the schedule.

Click the Schedule tab, then check the box “Use a specific schedule for this bay.” Click +New in the Bay schedule.

Enter the following information:

• Day of the week
• Opening time
• Closing time

Click Save and Close.
