In your GEM-CAR, you can inform certain human resources about each stage change in a sale. The available steps can be checked at the Point of Sale.
To guarantee that the selected human resources will receive the notification, you must configure it. There are two possibilities:
1. Point of Sale
In Point of Sale, after creating a sale, you can click on the Follow-ups tab and select those you want to be notified about each change in the work stages of the sale.
2. Sales Tab
Click on Sales > Configurations > Configurations.
On the Sales tab, check the option "Automatically notify the sale creator of changes in sales work steps." Then click on Save.
The notifications will appear in the red bell on the Dashboard.
