Apply Automatic or Manual Payments

In this article, you will learn two methods to proceed to the payments with the terminal: 

1. Automatic Payments with Terminals 

2. Taking Payments Manually

1. Automatic Payments with Terminals

From the left main menu, click on Sales > Configurations > Configurations.

Click on +New in the Merchant Accounts section.

Which payment terminal is compatible?

Two options are available:

• Nuvei
• Till

For Nuvei, the model number of the terminal used is as follows: PAX A920.

For Till Payment Terminal Configurations

How to Take the Client's Payment

Once the terminal has been set up, a new button will automatically be added to the methods of payment in the Point of Sale.

1. From the left main menu, click on Point of Sale.
2. Complete the Estimate.
3. Click on Payment.

To take the client's payment:

1. Click on Send to payment terminal.
2. Select the Terminal.
3. Click on Send.

2.Taking Payments Manually

If you prefer, you could still take a credit card payment by entering the credit card information manually in the system. To do so click on Take a Credit Card Payment.
