Solve Difficulties Connecting to a GEM-LINK

To ensure proper integration with WHI, it is necessary to change the password used.

Be sure to remove all special characters such as: *, $, 1, " from the password.

Special characters can prevent proper synchronization between systems.

Once the new password has been created without special characters, save it.

Then open the GEM-CAR software. Go to the integration settings section or the WHI supplier file.

Re-enter the new password without special characters in the field provided.

Save the changes and test the connection to ensure that everything is working correctly.
