Several elements can be duplicated. In GEM-WORK, there are two ways to duplicate a sale:
1. Point of Sale
Click on Point of Sale, at the bottom of the page, click on Actions, then click on Duplicate, a button with two small pages on top of each other.
When you click on the icon, a window will open and tell you which items to select to duplicate the sale. You can duplicate all the items by clicking once on the box next to "Name" or just choose the items you wish. Click Confirm.
A confirmation window will open with the following message: ''Are you sure you want to make a copy of this sale?''. Click Yes.
2. Sales Tab
From the left menu, select Sales > Sales. In the sale you want to duplicate, look for the icon representing two small pages on top of each other.
When you click on the icon, a window will open and tell you which items to select to duplicate the sale. You can duplicate all the items by clicking once on the box next to "Name" or just choose the items you wish. Click Confirm.
A confirmation window will open with the following message: ''Are you sure you want to make a copy of this sale?''. Click on Yes.
