The new favorite filter system facilitates quick access to the most frequently used filters in all system lists. Two icons are now available:
- a star on the left to apply a favorite filter
- a floppy disk on the right to save the current configuration as a new favorite.
This system is designed to simplify navigation and save time on a daily basis. To check how the function works, you can, for example, click on the menu on the left, Sales > Sales and select the blue filter button at the top right of the screen. Select the filters you want to prioritize:
- Type
- Status
- Quote status
- Client
- Created by
- Tags
- Category
- Product
- Description
- Start
- End
- Validation
- Term
- Sending
Then click on the floppy disk to save.
In the new window, give the favorite filter a name. Click Send.
A green window appears with the following message: “Favorite filter saved.” To use the filter you have created as a favorite, simply click on the star next to the floppy disk.
Then select the desired filter from the list.
Note that the list will display the filters that are part of the selected favorite filter at the top.
You will notice that this option is also available in all system lists: Bookings, Quotes, Dispatch, Address Book, Sales, Purchases, Inventory, Clients, Suppliers, Accounting, Human Resources, Payroll, Secure Folders, and Communications.
