Show or Hide the Appointment Date on a Sales Estimate or Invoice

The option to show or hide the appointment date on an estimate or invoice offers more flexibility in document presentation. It allows you to tailor the information displayed to the customer's needs or internal practices. This feature contributes to clearer and more personalized communication. To adjust this option, click on Sales > Configurations > Configurations.

Then, find the option “Display the appointment date on estimates and invoices.” Check or uncheck the option as needed.

Click on Save.
