Cancel the Subscription to GEM-TMS

Make sure you login with the super administrator account. Click on the avatar menu in the top right corner > Managing your account.

If you want to close your account, click on the Invoicing tab and then on the red button Permanently close my account and delete my data.

Then, another window will open with the following warning:

Please note, you are about to request the complete destruction of all your data, including backup copies. Before proceeding, be aware that if you have never paid monthly payments, your system will self-destruct after a period of inactivity. However, once you have paid for a subscription to one of our modules, we will keep your data for a period of 7 years. During this period, you can unsubscribe from one or all of our paid modules. You can also resubscribe at any time to find your data. Please confirm your intention.

Among the options, you will have:

1. I want you to delete all the data you have on me, including backup copies of my system;
2. I just want to unsubscribe from all your paid modules and revert to the free version;
3. Do nothing.
