Use the Button to Read Text in Notes Fields

The Use button to read text in note fields feature allows you to listen to written content without reading it on the screen. It makes it easier to quickly check information, especially during workshop interventions. This option improves accessibility and reduces the risk of errors. It also saves time and makes it more convenient for technicians to use.

Note: this feature is available in all Notes tabs in other menus, such as Products and Services, Categories, Clients, etc.

For example, in the Purchases > Purchases menu, you can select a purchase or create a new one by clicking +Add.

In the Notes tab, among the tools available in each notes field, you will find the Read the contents of notes button. When you click on it, your browser may ask for permission to start the audio. Grant permission as requested by the browser.

When you click on the button, it turns blue. This means that the audio will start. To repeat it, click on the button again.
