Important: To access this tool, you must have GEM-CRM enabled.
Click on the menu on the left: Marketing > Campaigns > +Add.
On the next page, in the Info tab, add the following information:
- Name
- Start date
- End date
- Filter by type
- Filter by lead
- Filter by reference
- Filter by tags
- Filter by needs
- Filter by rating
- Type (SMS or Emails)
Click on Save.
Once in the campaign, you must activate the Have storages button in order to target only the clients concerned. Then, simply click the Send button to start the operation.
Before sending, you can edit the message in the Content tab. This customization allows you to adapt the text to your needs or the tone you wish to use.
Once validated, the action triggers the automatic sending of a reminder. This will be received by all clients with active storage, ensuring targeted and effective communication.
