Another important element in creating a new client concerns the communication methods that will be used with your client. To access the client file, in the Point of Sale, you can add or create a new client and then edit the file by clicking on the blue pencil beside the name Client.
You can also click on Clients > Clients and select the right file.
Under the Info tab, it is important to indicate whether the client agrees to receive SMS messages if this is a means of communication used by the company.
The client's consent is required by law and must be obtained for you to send SMS. Once you've had their consent you can select Yes or No depending on their answer.
In the Marketing tab, you can also indicate the Preference for communications, whether it's by text message, phone, or email.
