It can be helpful to keep a note in a clients' file in order to offer better service the next time they visit or call your company. You can record a note about something the client particularly likes, if they have communication difficulties, or if they are a very special client for your business, for example.
To save a note in the client's file in the Point of Sale, you can edit the client's record by clicking the blue pencil icon next to the Client's name.
Then click on the Notes tab.
Private notes could be used to keep track of previous conversations with a client or an unpleasing behavior.
Note to show when opening sale is particularly interesting because it can attract your attention to something as soon as you open the sale for this client with a pop-up warning in red. It can be about a specific preference.
When you open a sale with the client who has the note, a red window appears at the top of the Point of Sale.
