Solve a Problem with Batch Printing of PDFs

Problem: Batch printing of PDFs does not work.

 

Cause: In some browsers, pop-ups are automatically blocked. Since batch printing opens each PDF document in a new window, the browser prevents them from displaying, which blocks the process.

 

Solution:

Open the Calendar, then click the yellow print button to print the work orders.

Next, select the “Print Work Orders” option.

If a notification indicating that pop-ups have been blocked appears in the browser’s address bar, click the Blocked Pop-ups icon.

Select the Always allow pop-ups and redirects option for the GEM-CAR Cloud site. Click OK to save the change.

Then, restart the batch printing of the PDFs.

Note: This permission only needs to be configured once for the site. Batch printing will work normally on subsequent uses.
