Synchronize the Inventory with Kijiji, CarGurus, AutoTrader, ADWS, and D2C

GEM-FNI allows you to synchronize your vehicle inventory with supported online marketplaces and advertising platforms. Once the integration is configured, vehicle information is automatically synchronized, reducing the need for manual data entry and ensuring consistency across all connected channels. The system supports synchronization with:

• Kijiji

• CarGurus

• AutoTrader

• ADWS

• D2C

- How Synchronization Works

When a vehicle is created or updated in the inventory, GEM-FNI sends information about that vehicle to connected platforms in accordance with the synchronization settings. The synchronized information may include:

• The vehicle’s year, make, and model

• The vehicle identification number (VIN)

• The inventory number

• The price

• The mileage

• The vehicle description

• Photos

• The vehicle’s technical specifications

• The availability status

Once synchronization is enabled:

• New vehicles can be posted automatically.

• Changes made to a vehicle's listing are reflected on connected platforms.

• Vehicles that have been sold or withdrawn can be automatically removed from online listings, depending on the integration settings.

Note: Synchronization requires active integration with each marketplace. Available features may vary depending on the platform and the dealer’s subscription or account settings.

To synchronize inventory, click Vehicle Lot > Configurations > Configurations.

Click the Synchronization tab, select the platforms you want to synchronize, and then enter the required information. Click Save.
