Check the Profitability of Sales

Once the sale is finalized, you can view the vehicle’s profitability by accessing the Checkout screen. This section displays key financial information related to the transaction, including the vehicle’s purchase price, associated costs (repairs, additional fees, preparation, etc.), and the final sale price. This view allows you to track the performance of each vehicle sold and quickly analyze the profitability of the transaction. Select the Checkout button at the bottom of the Point of Sale window.

In the window titled Cash Register Closes, check or uncheck the following options (as needed):

• Show details for the invoices included in this closing

• Show details for the receivables included in this closing

Select the date and click the blue Send button.
