Print Appointments for the Day

Follow the steps below to print a list of the day's appointments from the Calendar.

Note: When tire information and their storage locations are available in the GEM-CAR database, they will appear on the list.

To access the Calendar, there are three different ways: from the home screen by clicking on Calendar (F9), from the main left-hand menu by clicking Calendar > Calendar, or from the Point of Sale by clicking the Calendar (F9) icon.

From the Calendar window, click the yellow printer button next to the F1+ Sale button on the left.

In the next window, you will be asked: “Do you want to print the list of appointments or work orders?” Click on Print list to print the list of appointments.

The appointment list will appear on the screen in the print preview window. You can then print it or save it as a PDF.
