When is a system deleted?

The system checks every night for inactive systems that meet the following conditions:

• No user logins for 90 days;
• No invoices sent to the client (the system checks only on the platform where the system is hosted. For example, if the software is GEM-CAR on the GEM-CAR Inc. platform, it checks invoices on that system only. Therefore, if the client is billed on an external platform such as V2V—which we should no longer do—the system will not see the invoice);
• The “Do not automatically delete” option within GEM-SUITE is not checked.

If all these conditions are met, the system sends an email to notify the customer 14 days before deletion, then another 7 days before, and then deletes the account.
