The configuration described in this article is accessible from the list view by clicking the red gear icon at the top of the window.
Go to Configurations > Configurations in the menu.
Then, click on the Customization tab.
As you scroll down, you’ll see a section titled Module Headers Configurations, which allows you to set which columns are displayed in your lists.
By default, the list will be empty, meaning that the fields shown in the lists are those defined by the system’s default settings.
However, if you’d like a specific field from a record to be visible in the list (or if you’d prefer to hide one), click on the +New button and then choose the list you want to customize.
Check the Fields to display on list.
Click Save and Close.
* The red icon that appears at the bottom allows you to restore a previously configured list if you make changes to it. *
Go to the relevant list to verify that the columns appear as expected.
Note: You cannot change the display order of the columns.
