Use a Signature Pad

IMPORTANT: The signature pad feature is only available in the desktop version. You must install and use the desktop version of the GEM-CAR application. Please refer to the dedicated FAQ for instructions on how to download and install it:

There are two options for the signature pad:

1. Topaz SigLite Signature Pad (T-L460-HSB-R)

2. Topaz T-s460-hsb-r security device components Siglite 1 x 5 USB Includes Sigplus SW

1. Topaz SigLite Signature Pad (T-L460-HSB-R)

Signature pad with a transflective LCD screen that displays the electronic ink beneath the pen tip during signing.

• Pad dimensions: 9.6 x 15.2 x 3.6 cm.
• Pad dimensions: 9.6 x 15.2 x 3.6 cm.

This model displays the signature on the signature pad as well as on the computer screen.

The signature pad has a USB interface and is not backlit.

This item features:

• USB interface (non-backlit)
• Economical
• High-quality capture technology 

Use in GEM-CAR

When a sales document is created in the Point of Sale, you can request a signature. Click on Documents and then on the right of the report you want to have signed, click on the pencil icon.

Select Sign Now.

At the bottom of the document, click Add signature.

Click on Use a signature pad.
