To configure a default e-mail in your GEM-CAR so that different users can send specific documents, you need to configure your SMTP.
To do this, go to the left menu and click on Communications > Configurations > Configurations.
Click on +New.
Select the type of e-mail use. Several options are available in the Use to send section. Select the e-mail.
Once you've chosen the right options, click Save and Close.
Let's suppose that a sales advisor has created a sale in the Point of Sale.
Once the estimate has been created, the advisor chooses to e-mail it to the client.
In the Documents tab, click on the envelope to send an email.
On the next page, you can select the e-mail address from the list of addresses provided for sending estimates, in the Sender/Reply to option.
Once you have selected the e-mail template, click on Send.
