Configure the Email Address for SMTP with Gmail and Outlook

Using an SMTP server allows you to send emails directly from GEM-CAR using your Gmail or Outlook address. Proper configuration ensures more reliable delivery and reduces the risk of your messages being marked as spam. This FAQ explains the essential steps for correctly configuring your email address and the associated SMTP settings. This will allow you to easily send invoices, estimates, and other communications.

Click on Human Resources > Human Resources and select the employee to configure their email address.

Next, click on Email > Gmail or Outlook. Follow the steps indicated for each service (Gmail or Outlook). Once the configuration is complete, click Save to save your changes.
