Configure Outlook

To configure your Outlook to send emails to clients, in the menu on the left, click on Communications > Configurations > Configurations.

In the Communications window, click on New next to SMTP.

In the next window, click on the Outlook button.

A new window opens, this time from Microsoft, asking you to log in to your account. Enter your e-mail address and click on Next.

On the next page, you will be given more information about the permissions that will be given and click on the blue Accept button. 

When you return to your GEM-CAR page, the e-mail will appear as saved.

You can delete it by clicking on the trash can on the right.

Click on Save.

At the Point of Sale, click on the search tool in the blue magnifying glass next to Estimate to search for an invoice you want to send to the client.

Then select the sale for which you want to send the invoice. 

Click on the Documents tab and click on the envelope next to the invoice on the right side of the screen. 

Confirm the sender's address, the recipient, the subject and click Send
