Reminders can be sent from the Point of Sale, by clicking on the Follow-ups icon.
Insert the following information:
- Period start date (for which the reminders have been scheduled)
- Period end date (for which the reminders have been scheduled)
- Template (example: if you want to send a service that have been proposed and rescheduled, choose Sales reminder).
Click on Send.
The next window will show all the reminders scheduled for all customers during the chosen period.
Select the desired delivery method for sending reminders: SMS, email or letter format to print.
Click on Send.
To create or view Follow-ups, click on Marketing > Follow-ups > +Add.
Note: To consult the follow-ups, you must have access to the GEM-CRM module.
