To ensure transparency and protect both clients and the business, the garage should takes photos of all loaner vehicles and attaches them to the client's profile before the vehicle is handed over. This process helps maintain an accurate record of the car’s condition and allows any potential damages to be addressed fairly and efficiently.
To configure this function on your GEM-CAR, When starting a sale, in your Point of Sale, click on the Documents tab.
The Documents associated with this sale section will list the documents related to that sale you are creating.
Click +New to add new documents.
On the Documents - New page, enter the documents you want to search for on your computer.
