Associate Product Sales to Different Departments

It is possible to associate sales of the same product with different departments depending on the context in which it is sold. This configuration allows for proper allocation of sales in reports and ensures accurate tracking of revenue by department.

Click on Inventory > Products and Services and access the product record.

Select the department that will be associated with this product. Click Save.

Note: If the product is sold without being associated with a job, the sale will automatically be assigned to the department defined in its record.
